Wonderful place to stay if you want a calm and private area on the lake. A tiny bit of confusion when finding it due to the gravel road but overall very nice stay.

Pros: It’s on a beautiful lake and has a washer & dryer on premises Cons: Arrived to sheets that looked dirty. Was told they must be permanent stains (gross) as the sheets were washed. Only two sets of towels were given for three people Said last guest took them same excuse he used for a previous guest back in Oct. No wine glasses, opener or coffee filters. One coffee cup. Very sparsely furnished with seating for only 3 in the living room. Lost power & heat due to a tornado that hit the area and had to stay elsewhere. When I asked for refund for the nights I could not stay Kevin told me no that because my items were still in the house and he could not access he would not refund me any money. He actually accused me of trying to scam him. My mom had recently passed away and I was lookig for a place to clear my head and visit with my son. Sadly so many other things happened with this rental but with so little space I cannot put it all here. A Superhost he is NOT...
