The house and property were absolutely beautiful. Our initial experience had a few issues. They did not send us the code to get in. The most frustrating part was not being able to get hold of anyone, we had to wait 45 minutes on hold before we could finally get an agent to assist. The outside of the house (covered porches that wrapped around and front door vestibule) were not cleaned, dust and debris, cobwebs were everywhere. The only issue on the inside was one bedroom was missing bunk beds. Our local host was able to bring a queen-size air mattress and bedding quickly which was appreciated. Two other issues: The hot tub controls were broken and they could not repair it, so the tub was stuck on the hottest setting. The outdoor landscape lighting including a long path to the lake did not work. AirBNB/Vacasa refunded me a days charges for our issues, this was nice and appropriate. The property and house are worth the price and the dock was also fantastic. Overall - good stay
The pictures did not disappoint...the house was beautiful! Rooms were a good size, all bedrooms had a en suite bath. The kitchen was very well equipped, making meals there was easy to do. The covered deck out back with the fireplace was perfect for the rainy day that we had. They even had roasting prongs for smores! There were a few minor negatives...the coffee pot leaked(not the Kuerig one). The hot tub was not so hot. The control needed to be replaced. The service people responded quickly, so part was ordered. And maybe get the lawn company to blow off porch areas...a lot of debris. It was a fabulous place to stay, the lake and view were fantastic! And we hope to book it again in the future!

We had an absolutely incredible time during our stay! The only thing more beautiful than the house is the surroundings. We can’t wait to visit again!
This home was perfect! Ideal layout, amazing view and quality craftsmanship. Fun for all ages. We can’t wait to return for our next family getaway to the Deep Creek area.
