Paddle out and explore in the provided two-person kayak. Start your days with a morning meditation or yoga session on the spacious back patio featuring a gorgeous garden and soothing water feature. Lounge on the high-end outdoor furniture beneath the oversized umbrella shade. Fun outdoor activities abound with a private gas grill for summer cookouts and a firepit for winding down the night with laughs and drinks. There's plenty of room to do your own thing inside between the two sitting areas. The upstairs living area boasts wood beams and an abundance of natural light thanks to the skylights and the panoramic windows looking out to the lake. Curl up in the window seat with a good book and admire the stunning view between chapters. The downstairs family room offers an oversized sectional with a gas fireplace for ambience. <b>THINGS TO KNOW</b> A two-person kayak is available for guest use. 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. <br/>Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house is more spacious, brighter, and more inviting than we expected - the photos do not do it justice. The water feature, beautifully landscaped and playground to some delightful chipmunks, was especially nice. The view over the lake is priceless. The whole place was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked, and we appreciated the thought that went into the items in the guest welcome baskets, helping us settle in after a long drive. The neighborhood is peaceful and the spring buds, waterfowl, and a few deer made this the perfect nature getaway. Located just minutes away from great hiking trails, and with plenty of room to stretch out afterwards on the deck or the living room floor, our two pointers loved it, too. Hope to return soon.
Our Deep Creek stay at this property was so peaceful and serene. We felt like we didn't need to leave the property to get the full beauty of the lake which was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were really nice. Our dog loved spending time outside here! There was plenty of room inside the house for him to run around and play. Overall our stay was wonderful and we will likely return to this property with our family!
Super beautiful place overall but the fireplace didn’t work and downstairs mattress was like a U-shaped. I saw this problem stated in other reviews, but Vascasa said they were fixed. Unfortunately, they were not.
The view from this house is stunning. We came up for a weekend at Wisp and wanted a place that the non-skiers could enjoy while we were at the mountain. Absolutely beautiful and so tucked away to unplug for the weekend. We arrived in the middle of a winter storm so had to park up the hill at garage and hike everything down. Driveway is very steep, but owner did advise we park at top in advance and they came the next morning and shoveled the driveway. As soon as snow was gone it was fine for driving down to house. Loved this stay and would like to return in summer to see when this would really shine as a lake house! Thanks!
The view was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately it was really cold and neither of the fire places worked. The glass had also not been cleaned and there were fingerprints all over the glass. When you took a shower unfortunately their were bugs in the light fixtures overhead.
