Casa Elti – Shanti apartment is a part of a villa inserted in the frame of tranquillity, peacefulness and charm of Lido di Venezia. The apartment is situated in a short distance from the marvellous beaches and the centre of the island which is easily accessible by public transport, with the bus station being just few metres away from the apartment. Moreover, those who arrive by car can use free public parking right in front of the apartment. Casa Elti is an ideal accommodation to relax and enjoy the tranquillity as the apartment makes part a villa immersed in a greenery, a short distance from the Venice lagoon, on the one hand, and the Adriatic Sea - on the other. With the spacious and well-thought rooms, the apartment is perfect for families and/or small groups of friends up to max 5 guests. The apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator available), and it is composed of a spacious living area with fitted well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom provided with all comforts, a double room with two single beds and a small baby bed (up to 5 years old). The apartment disposed of one fully renovated bathroom. The accommodation is equipped with the Wi-Fi connection, bed linen and towels, air conditioning and everything you might need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay!

I would highly recommend this place for your holiday. You will get all the confort from your home on holiday. The location was also ideal, after spending the day visiting some pretty busy areas you can come back to the peace and quiet and still enjoy the amazing views to either the lagoon or the sea 5 minutes walk from the property.

Wir verbrachten Ende Oktober ein paar herrliche Tage im Casa Elti am Lido von Venedig. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ein Großteilteil der Ferienwohnungen am Lido und erst recht in Venedig noch stark überteuert. Um so positiver überrascht waren wir über das hervorragende Preis – Leistung – Verhältnis dieser Ferienwohnung, die alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllte und keine Wünsche offen ließ.
Cozy place to spend a holiday. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay, be it a rainy day when you might not want to go out, or being out all day and coming back only to sleep. The home is clean and bright, you have light switches and outlets at every corner, comfy beds and outside window shutters that make the rooms pitch black so you can sleep like a log.:) The bus stop is 5 minutes away if you're just storlling and the beach is only 200 m far. Waterbuses can take you to most islands directly, not needing to change. The wifi can give you a bit of trouble, the connection was not the most stable. If you plan to go and work from there, would recommend to have an alternative source with you. All in all, totally recommend it and would definitely return.
The house as well as the host were perfect. I will give it 9.9/10. The host (actually an agency hired by the owner) was super responsive and very helpful and quick at responding. The house had all the amenities needed for us to cook food and a cozy kitchen. The area was safe and fairly accessible. The single beds in one of the rooms were a bit small for me and more comfortable bedsheets could be used (cotton instead of polyester). But otherwise, everything was perfect !! I will definitely recommend this place.

Lido di Venezia is one of the main islands in the Venice Lagoon which delimitates the lagoon on one side and the Adriatic Sea - on the other. The island is well connected with Marco Polo Venice airport, the historic centre of Venice and the mainland by numerous water transport routes.
The coastline is famous all around the world for its long golden sandy beaches, big historical hotels, characteristic Liberty style buildings, and is especially renowned for frequent visits of the international jet sets and as a location from famous films.
Lido di Venezia is also important as a naturalistic setting: just think of the Murazzi zone with its free beaches and crystal clear sea, the oasis of the WWF Alberoni and Saint Nicholas’ beaches with its sandy dunes.
At the end of August – first weeks of September the island hosts the Internation Venice Film Festival becoming the centre of the international scene.
