Carefully designed to please an aesthetic taste. The room has queen bed, 4 pillows, down alternative comforter, 2 lamps with usb chargers, 40 inch smart tv, vanity with LED mirror, closet with hangers and shelving unit. 2 bath towels and washcloths are provided to each set of guests.

Rooms looked just like the photo, everything was clean, nice quiet neighborhood, easy to follow instructions. Check in was a breeze since we arrived late at night and had no issues with pad lock, keys or navigating.

Great stay! My gf and I enjoyed the room for the night. Just needed a place while visiting a friend and this was a much better option than getting a local hotel. House was very nice and easy to navigate. Thank you Marina!

Neighborhood.
We are conveniently located right off the highway exit and only 10 minute drive (30-40 min walk) away from the beach. The neighborhood is walkable and is within $10 Uber to restaurants in Delray Downtown, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s etc.
Parking.
We have 3 parking spots available on first come first serve basis. 1 in front of the house and 2 in the back. Please don’t block any cars in, don’t block any driveways and don’t park on neighbor’s territory. Additional street parking is available on Atlantic ave. Please follow the parking sign rules.
