Come enjoy this beautiful private guesthouse conveniently located minutes from shopping, food, venues and the beach. When you arrive, we have cooled bottled water to quench your thirst. A kitchenette to make that special dish you love. Not a cook? Dinner is a short walk away. As the evening sets, stroll the nature trail and catch the sunset from the dock. A 65" smart tv awaits your return so you can watch your favorite movies (without sharing an armrest). Come relax! This is a vacation for you. Upgraded open floorplan guesthouse above our detached garage with a private entry. Comfortably sleeps two, but can accommodate five in a pinch. Features a private full bath, kitchenette (not a full kitchen, see photos) with hotplate provided. There is a refrigerator and small sink with garbage disposal. A compact dishwasher and compact Zline microwave oven that can bake up to 400 degrees. Oversize sofa that can seat three and sleep one. Electric fireplace built into a tv console. Use your login to access your streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Prime and more. Queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. A queen size air mattress (w/built in pump) is in closet if needed. Parking in the driveway is 30 feet from the bottom of the stairs. We are close to Daniel Island, Topgolf, Park Circle, River Front Park, Tanger Outlet, International Airport, Charleston Coliseum and the Naval base and Airforce base.

Capri and Katie were extremely helpful and make you feel welcome in their guesthouse. The place was absolutely beautiful and has everything you could need for a short trip. There are also a few different places within walking distance that they recommended and we definitely weren’t disappointed!! I would definitely stay here again and think it’s worth every penny!

I had a quick girls trip to Charleston and Capri & Katie’s place was nothing short of perfect! The neighborhood was absolutely lovely - the first thing we did was walk around and enjoy the colorful, quaint homes! The location was a perfect distance to restaurants and downtown Charleston. The place was very clean, comfortable, great linens and toiletries to use. We will absolutely stay here again!
The Violet Villa was a wonderful place to stay just outside of Charleston. It was clean, spacious for two, and the hosts were so quick to respond. There was a coffee shop within walking distance and the neighborhood was friendly and beautiful . We will stay again for our next Charleston trip!
The place was very clean and Capri and Katie were very welcoming. I was initially supposed to come over the holidays, but I got sick and had to change my arrival date twice, and they were wonderful about letting me change it. I ended up coming for my birthday, and they left a beautiful note wishing me a happy birthday.

Guest with one vehicle can parallel parking in our driveway where the garage is. There is free on the street parking in front of the main house if needed which is roughly 100 feet from the guest house. Detailed directions to the guest house and parking will be provided before arrival.
