We really enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. Matt was easy to deal with,always answered quickly. Check in and check out was painless. House just like the pictures and very clean. Bed's all comfy with good showers. Lots of things like coffee,tea,toilet roll etc already in the house. Great area - would recommend Ryan's bar for food and The Points for live music. House ideally located for being a tourist in Belfast and we spent a lot of time in the local area. Would love to come back and stayed at Matt's place again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Matt’s Airbnb - all bedrooms a good size, clean bathrooms and nice communal area. Walkable to a lot of places we wanted to go. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay and Matt was super responsive and couldn’t have been more helpful - eg needed some more towels, they were delivered within a couple of hours of original request

I had contacted Matt he gave us some very good information prior to arriving. The accommodation was very close to Belfast City airport and the access was very easy. The accommodation was in pristine condition and served our needs perfectly. I would totally recommend a stay here as its within walking distance of everything you would need to have the perfect stay in Belfast.

Great apartment - all rooms are big and spacious. The living room is a great place to come together and chill for guests. The apartment is squeaky clean, has everything you need including laundry. Location is great, quiet yet walkable to city centre. Matt is very responsive and shared recommendations / helpful tips prior to check in. Would highly recommend this place!
