2020 Coachman Catalina Legacy edition with large slide out and bunk house. Sleeps 10 people. Front Queen Bedroom, Mirrored Shirt Wardrobes, Overhead Storage Cabinets. Wall-Mount TV, Fireplace, and Storage Cabinets! Sofa/Bed and Booth Dinette with Bench Seat . Full Bath with Mirror Cabinet, and Shower Skylight. Rear 2nd Bedroom Bunkhouse with 3 Bunk Beds, Cube Sofa/Bed, Entertainment Center with TV. Radio and dvd player, Outside Camp Kitchen with Fridge and Counter Space. Outside Shower! The camper is located in my driveway next to my garage/house. My house is across from the local High school. There are 2 bedrooms in the camper, one with queen bed other bedroom is bunkhouse with door. Bunkhouse has three bunks and one futon that flips out to a full bed on the floor. The kitchen table folds down to a full size bed. Also a futon sofa turns into a full size bed.

Lots of fun staying in Shannon’s RV. Easy access off the highway. Big front yard for a dog - not fenced but they have a staked long lead. Across from a school but I had no issues with noise. Hosts are friendly, flexible and on site.
Super happy with our stay. Here for graduation and Shannon’s location made for an easy drive to campus.
We needed a spot close to our son’s college while we moved him out for the semester. Shannon’s RV was the perfect location and she was so helpful and friendly. We loved the adventure of staying in an RV for the first time. It was very comfortable.
You have to visit this place; it is worth the price and highly recommended for young families or solo couples. located in a safe neighborhood with all your needs around, the host is responsive and understanding.
My friends and I had a blast visiting Shannon's camper and Rochester. We came up to see the eclipse. Shannon was extremely responsive and friendly. The location is great for visiting Rochester. Downtown is just a short uber ride away. The camper feels very private and peaceful. Would love to come and visit again! Thanks Shannon!!
