The layout, location and stocking are steller. There was no kitchen gadgets we couldn't find. This condo has everything you need! Kitchen fully stocked They even had 2 beach chairs and sand toys. 2 full bathrooms was great, washer and dryer were very convenient for washing our beach towels nightly. We loved both the beach and bay facing balconies. Being on the 5th floor, you can really see everything. The decor is not at all current, think 1995 colors and styles, but all tastefully done. If you can overlook the decor being dated, this place is a FANTASTIC beach place. We will book it again.

The unit was as described, very dated but functional. The washer/dryer is great to have! We did have some issues with some amenities, but we are addressing with rental company. I will say that it was way busier in OC than we imagined, and the rental behind us played music very loud until after midnight. That might be the norm for the area, but hard when you are not there to party. We did go on Memorial weekend so maybe it's not normally like that. As crazy busy as the weekend was, I will say that OC takes very good care of their beach! It was very clean and so was the boardwalk for the most part. I was impressed with that. Overall it was okay. Just not what we expected for the price.

May 2022. Dishwasher broke full of dirty dishes-owner aware. Hvac was broke upon arrival. Cannot set below 72 degrees per owner and note on wall. House was dusty. Not sure if staff clean. Pool isn’t swimmable or open Make sure check in early and have right code to get in. Was given a code and it stopped working. Got another and hard to figure out how to use. Owner was very nice and responsive. Fixed hvac within few hours. Did not see disability ramp, getting a stroller up and down steps was a pain.
