Beautiful place and very spacious. Common area was awesome, bigger than I thought and great view and natural light from all the windows. Bedrooms were a great size, beside the bunk bed room. Easy walk to the beach and is around a bunch of great restaurants. I would highly recommend this place and will be staying here again if possible.

We checked in on Friday afternoon before the New Year's holiday. The check-in process was fine, enter a passcode, and you are in. Once we entered the space we noticed how cold it was. I set the thermostat to 72 degrees and an hour later still no heat. I contacted management and they sent a maintenance guy out to confirm the hearer was not working. He told me a service tech would arrive to provide heat. This did not happen and we were left with no heat for 2 nights. I slept in my coat and woolly hat. One couple in my group booked a room and simply left. I went to the Vacassa office and was greeted by Dana and Rachelle who told me a tech would be to us at 5:30 that night. No one came and guess what I couldn't call Dana or Rachelle back because they leave at 5. I had to purchase 5 heaters from Home Depot to complete my stay. I reached out to Vacassa to pay for the heaters and to get some kind of partial refund but have heard nothing. Very dissatisfied and would never use Vacassa again!

PROS: BEAUTIFUL location, steps from the beach,walking distance to bars and restaurants. The condo was large enough to accommodate my party of 10. Management was responsive and checking in was a breeze! CONS: I paid $6,000 for 3 nights. HOT WATER: we never had hot water during our stay. It’s summer time so we just roughed it up. SEWAGE: the sewage backed up into the tub while taking a shower. Super said they were working on the issue which caused them to shut all the water off in the morning. COUCHES: were so stained we put sheets over them SUPPLIES: 2 rolls of TP, 1 paper towel and 2 bars of soap. 10 guys, do the math… WALLS: multiple holes throughout the condo. (Not a big deal but worth mentioning) Management is aware of these issues. When I pay 6k for a condo, then have to go shopping for TP, paper towels and soap all while showering in poop, that’s a problem. We had a great trip,but unfortunately I can’t help but feel like i was a little ripped off.
