Exclusive subdivision, quiet , cool and windy climate as the house is in a subd on a hill. 15-20mins drive to Alabang and Nuvali Near Southwoods Mall 80sqm house and lot area -Room upstairs is open( double size bed ) -1 small room at 1st floor ( can -whole house is airconditioned -with wifi, netflix -Subd is exclusive thus no tricycle is allowed. You can use grab,taxi, or I can rent out my car at a discounted price for min 2 wks stay
