Booked the house for a retreat and the location was perfect. Everything was beautiful. Only complaints were that in the guest house there was a stain on one of the beds and the disposal in the kitchen did not work. The management did offer to come remedy both issues which was appreciated but I did not want the disruption to our retreat. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to others needing a large private space.
We booked Brooklyn Meadows for our first large family trip and we were thrilled! There was something in the house for everyone! It was the perfect home for our family because it was close enough to the beach but also had things to do at the house with the pool, hot tub and game room being easily accessible. We were under the impression that there was going to be at least one bedroom on the main floor due to the wording of the listing but discovered all bedrooms are upstairs; thankfully it ended up working out fine. Overall we were very happy with our stay and were already planning when we could come back before we even left!
Overall our group of 16 had a fabulous time! There was a ton of space for everyone to spread out. The pool/hot tub were absolutely amazing! We loved the pool table upstairs. A few minor downsides. #1 flies. It makes sense because of horses. But there were so many inside when we got there ~50. There was also a fly trap outside by the pool that smelled like fish it was a bit gross. #2 there weren’t blankets/sheets for the pull out couch beds. Good thing our boys aren’t picky. #3 location. We knew coming in that it was a bit away from OCMD. However, it ended up taking us an hour or more every night to get across the bridge it was super trafficy so that took away a lot of time. There were grocery stores w/i 10 min. Overall I would definitely recommend this property. When we reached out with issues Vacasa staff was very responsive & helpful. The power went out in the left house & they sent someone out within 30 minutes. This property is a top contender for our vacation next year!
