Our stay was underwhelming and below average when compared with other Airbnb properties. In our opinion the host did the minimum she could to lease the place out with many of the essentials missing. For example we were only provided 5 towels for 7 guests and when we wrote to Aura, she confirmed she would have the cleaner sort it out, however; after multiple messages and an attempted phone call, Aura did not reply to us for the remaining 3 days while we stayed at her place. A rather pathetic attitude for someone who has many listed properties on Airbnb. Aside from the above issue, we were provided 2 toilets rolls for 5 days for 7 people, little soap/shower gel, no dish cloth, no rubbish bags and the bathroom lock didn’t even work. Only book here if you are happy to buy all of the essentials you need yourselves. I would look elsewhere so you don’t ruin your holiday.

Our first time in London and the stay was great! Love it here. In front of tube station. For muslim guest, this area has many halal restaurants

I really had a wonderful time and immediately I got in I was already thinking of extending my stay and I have decided me and my family are definitely coming back so I have to save it on my wishlist. Thanks Aura!
