John's place was perfect for our long weekend trip. The house is located in the center of Toronto and it is very convenient to visit other places by public transportation. It is in the quiet neighborhood and the place was very clean and newly furnished. We enjoyed and loved all parts of this beautiful home and highly recommend to others who visit Toronto!

My friend and I recently stayed at Riko and John's two-bedroom garden apartment and had an outstanding experience. We were looking for a two-bedroom unit where we could each have our private space while still being together, and this garden apartment exceeded our expectations! This beautifully renovated unit, with its own separate entrance, is located on the lower level of a newly refurbished house. Although it is partially submerged below ground level, the large windows allow for plenty of natural light and ventilation, making the space feel bright and welcoming. Both bedrooms are newly renovated and feature luxury en-suite bathrooms with showers. The entire apartment is furnished with brand new appliances and furniture. Everything is impeccably clean, surpassing the standards of any 5-star hotel. Riko and John were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful hosts, ensuring my stay was perfect. The location is super convenient, with shops and the subway just steps away!
