Comfortable stay. I liked the creative lighting in the ceiling and decor. Building staff are helpful on check-in. Bed is comfortable although pillows are a bit hard and my ears hurt by end of night. Typical Indian-style pillows though so not uncommon. I was able to work online during my stay, although I had some weird technical issues. I appreciated that Sucharita sent someone right away to help and he was a helpful internet man. Although he wasn't able to fix the issue in time to help me, yet host sent the internet man back for me to pay the bill, which didn't make sense to me. I was leaving tmrw so it didn't help me yet it did help him since his biz now has strong wifi so that didn't sit well with me. I paid some and hope he helped internet man out since he went over and above. I liked the cocktail glasses and bar would have been better with friends for a cocktail night. Overall, comfortable stay despite my honest critiques and convenient to airport.
