A 3 bed detached house down a quiet central cul-de-sac. Five minute walk to the centre of Whitchurch. Off road parking for several cars to the front, large patio space and garden to the rear. Kitchen with the necessaries to cook almost any meal including toastie maker, George Foreman grill, toaster and microwave. Dining room with table and chairs to seat six. Bathroom with electric shower over bath. Two large double bedrooms and single bedroom. Front room with 70" Smart TV.

A lovely house in a nice quiet location- easily accessible to the town . A very pleasant stay and we will be using it again.
A great stay at Callum’s. Well described, exactly what I wanted. This whole house is a great place is clean and modern. Bedrooms were comfortable and kitchen had everything I needed with kind touches like milk and bread. The dogs loved it too.
We had a great stay when we visited Whitchurch. Very close to the town centre and a quiet street. the house was lovely and clean and we had everything we needed. We would recommend it for people staying in Whitchurch.
