L is very responsive and proactive! We had a bit of an issue with pet urine smell that was very strong upstairs. Unfortunately, it did end up in an unexpected Urgent Care visit due to my child being allergic to dogs and us thinking it was safe with listing stating no pets but after contacting L about this issue she was quick to apologize and got to the bottom of the issue. We could not change our trip so we had to tough out the smell and the top bunk was not usable during our stay due to loose screws, but also something she stated she would fix after our stay. Downstairs smelled great and was super clean and homey :)

LOVED our stay here. Extremely clean home, will definitely stay again! Location was great and in a super nice neighborhood. Only complaint was we couldn’t enjoy the fire pit outside because the outdoor furniture surrounding it was covered in leaves and branches (not a deal breaker for us). Also, theres not a lot of space to store your clothes. Lastly, there’s only 1 towel hook in the bathroom so that was challenging for showers. Overall 10/10 stay

This place was so adorable and cute! L was a great host and responded quickly! The place was spotless and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was private and i felt totally safe walking around with my family!
