I shared feedback privately about some minute observations from my previous stay and they took it quite seriously. Their culture of tidiness, comfort, professionalism and continuous improvement speaks volumes. There’s 24 hours power now (a good of it is from backup power) and looking at the changes they made, it has come at a great cost but they seem committed to excellence. I felt hosted. Impressive, really.

I love the place. Not big, but very comfortable. Clean and has everything needed for confort. Most importantly is the reliable power supply. Important utilities working well. I will stay there again.

Our stay was great! Very responsive when we had little issues, great security and peaceful neigbourhood. The apartment was as the pictures. We had a great time!

Space was clean and host was very responsive and helpful. It’s in a gated community which is preferred for that city but most importantly, I booked this space for the proximity to my program
