This space is newly renovated. The kitchen includes a bar top counter, which opens into the living room. This is perfect for cooking and entertaining family and friends. There is also a workspace and private balcony. Finally, parking is free, and the space is walkable to UF.

Lauren’s place was perfect for us. We have mild allergies to perfumed cleaning supplies and she went the extra mile to clean with “ free and clear “products for us. We’re so thankful for her taking the time and putting in the effort for us. She has great taste in decorating. We loved it!
We arrived at around 10pm but with clear check in instructions from Lauren, we were able to find the building and the parking spot right away. The unit was new, very clean, and clutter-free. It looked just like the pictures. We were delighted to find snacks and coffee for the next day. The bed was comfortable to sleep on. Unit is walkable to campus and restaurants. Note that the unit is on the 2nd floor when you are booking. We will definitely stay there again.
Place smaller than described, upstairs unit, stairs very unsafe, rickety, uneven, damaged. need to be replaced. Also under these stairs are 3 huge garbage cans used by the occupants next door, over-flowing!! Uncovered!!
