Deluxe King Room with Shared Bathroom Beautifully presented & recently renovated 4 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath property The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall, downstairs W/C, large open plan lounge & dining area, including a fully equipped kitchen with skylights. Upstairs on the first floor are 3 King-size bedrooms & a shared family bathroom. Outside a recently landscaped garden with garden furniture & a BBQ area.

Its a nice place location in a quiet neighborhood. Its easy access and plenty of parkings available. The place was good and Sam was attentive for all needs.
Easy check-in and check-out. If you are okay w/ a shared bathroom and like to stay in a nice home w/ a view into some nice back-gardens and that is a short walk away from the city, this is for you.
Sam's place is a lovely little nook, tucker away from the hustle and bustle of Manchester city centre. The accommodation is shared with other guests, with each party having their own room with lock and key. Common areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared and there are plenty of facilities such as a toaster, kettle, washing machine etc. There is also a large TV with a fire stick that can be used, which is a nice touch. You are around a 35 minute walk away from the city centre, most of which is a straight road, and if you need any amenities while you are here, there are plenty of local shops within a 5 minute walk. Sam was a very responsive host who genuinely seems to care about the guests and how they are enjoying their stay. Overall, if you are looking for a relatively quiet location, with free parking (all be it a little tight) this place is a really good shout!
My stay was amazing due to couple of factors, one of them being the host and their warm welcome. Even though we arrived earlier than the check in time, after 16 hours of traveling. They prepared my room quickly so I can rest. it was clean everywhere, the area is very quite and at the same time 25-30 min walking distance from the center. Plenty of good café around. I would strongly suggest having breakfast at Procafenated, which is 5 min from the house. I would love to visit again. Thank you Sam!

Getting into Manchester City Centre couldn't be easier, on foot a 15 minute walk or by car, a 5 minute drive to Deansgate area where you can find Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and an luxurious range of retail, restaurants, cafes and bars.
This large property with open plan living space boasts ample natural light & warmth. There is an exit at the back of the property leading into the outdoor garden area.
The open plan kitchen, allows you to cook & entertain at the same time as it is connected with the dining & seating area. Complete with a microwave, oven and gas hob, this kitchen provides plenty of room to cook and entertain the entire household. Additionally, the kitchen comprises of a fridge-freezer and a washing machine. There is also a kettle, toaster & cooking utensils, perfect for those morning essentials.
The dining area and seating area is spacious, light and relaxing. The L-shaped sofa is comfortable and the 4K smart TV is fully equipped with Netflix, Disney Plus and Fire TV.
Fresh bath linen and an assortment of luxury body wash & hand-soap are provided complementary for use during your stay.
