Be careful - sois prudent: One star for location, one star for responsive communication. Otherwise, the unit was dirty and in disrepair. After a day of convincing ourselves that it wasn't so bad, we decided to relocate for the remaining several days of our stay. Issues included hair in sheets and bathroom, dust, broken furniture, stains on mattress with no mattress pad, water damage to floors and counters, no outlets for most lamps and an AC unit. In the photos it looks like an older place with charm, in person we found an apartment needing maintenance that was painted white instead of repaired. Hosts were responsive, though a bit confusing. There were 4 of them, none with specific info. They initially offered a full refund after seeing photos, then later denied it. Airbnb got involved and provided us the refund. If you want to pay good money for a crash pad in a nice location this place could be for you. If you want to enjoy your time in the space I would look elsewhere.

ménage pas fait a notre arrivée , cendrier et poubelle pleins, lits défaits, serviettes et vaisselle sales , cerise sur le gateau : cafards en "comité d'accueil" l'appartement est vétuste les equipements sommaires. carrelage au sol cassé et décollé, prises qui ne fonctionnent pas notamment dans la cuisine, matelas en mousse sans Protection, parquet dégradé. en résumé : piège a Touristes

Le logement est propre et très bien placée, à moins d'une minute de marche de l'Avenue Mont-Royal. Ça peut devenir bruyant pendant la nuit par contre.

Super bien situé dans Montréal, proche du métro et des grandes rues tels que la St-Laurent et la St-Denis

J’ai malheureusement prix un contravention de 91$ la première nuit de mon arrivé !!! Faite attention ou vous garé vos voitures
