This was booked for 5. The pillow for the sofa bed was missing. Just the pillow case. And this bedding was dirty. Only 4 mugs Only 4 towels. Old sock under one bed and a used tissue under the other. Batteries in tv remote low so not working properly. Sent several messages. ZERO response.

Excellent location, lovely place, would stay again. No paid parking though.

Unfortunately host canceled out stay over one hour after our check in time while we were calling and struggling to get keys. Didn’t answer the phone despite calls over half an hour. Didn’t provide a heads up or any information early in the day. Left us stranded with no where to go. Said there was a gas leak after 4 pm, and after we were stood calling with no response for over an hour. Terrible communication, never picked up phone, no sense of responsibility, no consideration whatsoever and didn’t allow us to provide alternative solutions. Terrible to deal with. Will never book again.

When we arrived at the apartment, the cleaner had not been. Andy organised a different cleaner to come over, so we could only check in at 18:00, instead of 15:00. To make up for this, we were given late check-out. Also, we were only given three towels for five of us. I requested more, but we did not get them. I would book again - it is a great price for the apartment and the location. The only downside is the noise - you could hear everything going on on the street outside during the night - people talking, people shouting, alarms going off, bin trucks, etc....

A well equipped and clean apartment in a great location. Ideal spot for getting all around Manchester
