This home could be very charming with a little TLC. There was a hole in one of the bedroom. doors with a picture hanging over it with magnets. the carpet and area rug need to be replaced. Living room furniture needs to be replaced, stained and smells bad. The host must be aware of the overall unpleasant smell of the home because there was diffusers all over the house and an air purifier in the family room that still did not make the house smell any better. The master bedroomTV doesn't work, the keurig in kitchen didn't work. The host informed me that there would be packages delivered but it was excessive. 3 huge boxes, a rug, and 4 other packages. On a positive note, the master bedroom bed was comfortable.

Livia's place is spacious and our kids enjoyed the den/play area. She responded to all my enquiries promptly and picked up her phone right away to answer everything I needed clarification on. Bed rooms linen was clean and rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Found all pots and pans we needed for cooking, we had to clean them really good though . Central heating worked great. This place is with in minutes to everything you need to do in Redding. The wood floors in living and kitchen areas felt sticky and could use more cleaing. We missed the firm matteresses that we are used to at home. Overall the place was comfortable to stay in..
