Enjoy a comfortable stay in a stylish, centrally-located row home. Experience Fishtown's vibrant art and culinary scene-- you are walking distance from it all, Martha, Kalaya, Suraya, Beddia, the list goes on. When you've had enough of the bustle, inside you'll find hotel quality linens, plush towels, 2 comfy queen sized beds, a newly-renovated kitchen, board games, and modern decor with homey touches. The outdoor patio is set for private relaxation. The perfect home away from home. The property has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and 1 bathroom--all located upstairs. On the main floor there is a living room with a large television and electric fireplace that can be simply ornamental or provide additional heat. Both the living and dining room are stocked with a fairly ample library, including children's and adult (not that kind) books. There is also a selection of board games in the sideboard in the dining room. The kitchen should have most everything you need to prepare simple meals and the back patio has seating for 4.

Very accommodating and accessible
I enjoyed my stay at Emily’s place. The furnishings were cute, and the backyard was a nice touch. The store next door was super convenient.We showed up a little early and found a parking spot out front to wait. The cleaner was just leaving, so the home was ready at 3:00, as stated. We could have used a few extra towels and spare blankets, but we made do. The trash can was full in the back and there were no black towels for makeup removal so we were kind of stuck doing what we could with the instructions we were given. All in all I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. Good value for the price and the location was great.
We had a great stay! Place was clean and perfect for the 2 of us. It’s right on the street which is fine -actually not noisy at all. Very much a neighborhood but u gotta walk to find a decent restaurant. Parking was easy as she described Outdoor back patio was cute and in the city- not easy to find! I would HIGHLY recommend and if we go back to Philly I’d stay there again. SUPER clean and cozy. Great accommodating host
This was a very practical and nice place for our little family to stay. It's roomy and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well. We were a little hesitant about the neighborhood - we were afraid it would be a little dangerous. But we had zero problems. We were able to walk to areas with stores and restaurants during the day and we also walked to a pizza place in the evening to pick up pizza. Another plus: parking is so easy. We always found a space very easily. Communication was great with Emily. She always responded very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind though that the stairs going upstairs are pretty steep.
We got rained in during our vacation. We spent one day in the rain but couldn’t do two, so this was the perfect place to cozy up, play games, watch movies, read books and relax! Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the nearby restaurants were delicious! There is also a great produce shop nearby that is amazing.
