We were looking for a Tuscan villa to base our Australian family for an Italian summer holiday and this was perfect! Refreshing pool, comfortable home, nearby village with charming cafes and wonderful restaurants, incredible view of Florence and a delightful host who was so helpful and responsive. Thanks so much for making our holiday vision come true!

The villa was beautiful, and Settignano was excellent. So great to be close but outside of Florence. Loved all the spaces to gather, and the outdoor spaces and views were incredible. Tough miscommunication with the host on check in. We loved being able to cook and eat on the terrace. Kitchen was stocked pretty well. Getting to Florence was harder than expected, the bus app helped a ton! Taxis were super hard to come by.

A lovely villa with fabulous views, great outside space with a good pool. Being close to Settignano was a bonus, bars and restaurants within a short stroll. The bus from the village to Florence was really useful and easy to use. As others have said roads are VERY NARROW, care must be taken when driving on the local roads.

Great location - Settignano town has three great restaurants, and a Tabbachi within easy walking distance. We started every day with an espresso there. The pool was perfecto - complete with olive trees for shade. The view of Firenze was far more spectacular than the photos - could see it from everywhere. The villa is privately situated and feels incredibly safe. The town is charming and welcoming - we stayed for a week and felt like locals, Bar Vida Tabbachi is so cute. Proximity to Florence is amazing, and Bar Vida is where you can buy bus tickets into town which goes every 10-15 mins from the centre. This Villa is the unicorn Tuscan Villa you are looking for.
