This is a spacious and comfy private room in a beautiful renovated Victorian house near NYC. Buses nearby go to Time Square in only 15 minutes. The bathroom is outside the room but is dedicated to the guests so you won't share it with anyone. A separate entrance/exit makes it convenient for guests to come and go without going through other areas. Onsite driveway parking is offered at a cost $10/night. 20% off parking discount for stays over 3 nights. Please ask me to reserve parking space. I wanted to create a space that's like a home away from home for the guests. The neighborhood is safe and the space is private. Please note this room is half above ground, half underground which is very common in NJ/NY if you care about it. I'll show up when my guests need me and when I greet them upon their arrival to show them around. Around noon which is after check-out and before check-in time when guests are not here, we use the laundry room close to the guest room to do laundry.

Needed a decently priced place to stay that wouldn't break the bank and still be in close proximity to New York. Linda's place did not disappoint! After a very short walk and buses that ran frequently, we got to the Port Authority Building in under 15 minutes. Other things that stood out was the bathroom and the bedroom was decently clean.
Really nice for the price! Good area and easy to get til Times Square. Exactly as on the picture. The room is in the basement, so the floor is a bit cold, other than that everything was perfect.

Great location, easy access to New York centre in 20mins, as described on description. Room is in basement so some noise from those upstairs and pet. Linda was very helpful and friendly 😊
Notre hôte Linda était très réactif quand on avais besoin de conseil, et très arrangeante 😊 Le logement est très bien situé en prenant la ligne de bus au bout de la rue vous êtes à moin de 20min de New-York! Je recommence vivement Linda! 😉

This is a safe and well-lit area with easy access to transportation to NYC.
We're on the Jersey side of the Hudson river. A few buses within walking distance go to Times Square in about 15 minutes.
