Only 5 mins (3.6 km) by car away from MONA's bars, restaurants, winery and gallery, this lovely Arts and Crafts home is part of the historic Cadbury Model Worker's Estate. In keeping with the Model Workers philosophy there are Tennis courts, a Golf Course, Playing Fields and a Bowling Club all a couple of minutes walk from the house. There is also a large parkland with walking paths packed with birdlife. The whole of the Cadbury peninsular has a quiet, old fashioned charm .

Spent a wonderful few nights here on a recent weekend getaway! it was perfect. Megan was such a kind and gracious host, providing a lovely tour upon check in. The amenities and facilities were great! super comfy with lots of space. We highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thanks again so much Megan!
The Cadbury estate has some nice walking opportunities nearby and lots of native birds to greet you as you explore. Megan's stay is comfortable and clean and kitted out with every kitchen amenity you'd possibly need - and the fireplace was a treat for cold nights!
Megan's place was great, we had an employee stay here for just over a week with no complaints at all. Megan couldn't do enough for us! Will definitely book again when in the area.

Park on site. There is a bus to Hobart that leaves 50 metres from the doorstep.
