Welcome to our cozy basement studio nestled in Cranston, RI, just minutes away from Providence! We're 2.9 miles from historic Federal Hill in Providence, home to many restaurants, cafes and shops. We're conveniently 0.5 miles from grocery stores, 3.5 miles to Providence Train Station, 7.5 miles from Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport and 30 miles from Narragansett Beach and Newport. Come experience all that Rhode Island has to offer from our central hub! Welcome to our home! Guests have private entry to finished basement studio. Host occupies first floor of the home. Guests can park up to 3 cars. This property is monitored and recorded by security cameras located only on the exterior. 1 Queen Bed & 1 Full Bed Full Kitchen includes Fridge, Oven with Stovetop, Microwave, Dishwasher, Keurig Coffee Maker, Silverware and Dishware and plenty of counterspace. Living Area includes Couches on area rug, High Table with High Seating and Roku TV. Bathroom includes Vanity, Shower with complimentary Body Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner, Toiletries and Towels on shelving. Has a short stay at Adams . He was accommodating & responded quickly. I would stay there again .
We had a great stay at Adam's place. It was exactly what we were looking for. Something private and easy to get to. Check in and check out was breeze. We are kind of private so I appreciated the clear instructions so there was no need to reach out to Adam - - - although during the booking process Adam was as quick as any Airbnb provider I have worked with to confirm and send instructions. We didn't end up using it like we planned because our plans changed but another reason why we chose this place was we planned on doing some cooking and it had a full kitchen which was very nice. It was also very clean and quiet. Only about a 10 minute drive to Providence Place and downtown Providence and had a couple nice restaurants within a five minute drive. Would stay here again.

This is a quite suburban neighborhood with a bus stop at the cross street, a short walk away. This route can take you to the city of Providence. Guests can park up to 3 cars in the driveway. Street Parking is available during the day. No Overnight Parking from 1am - 7am per town ordinance.
