We will absolutely book again. The Hunky Dory II was perfect. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and it had all the amenities you could ever need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
What a wonderful stay! The kids (9 and 11) loved having their own space upstairs as well as the heated pool. The home was spotless clean and the community was very nice and quiet. Would stay again in the future for sure!
Our group (4 women) had a wonderful stay at this property. It was easy to get in with the code, it was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the rooms were immaculately designed and cleaned; it felt like walking into a brand new home! This style of home was exactly what we needed for each person to have plenty of space to put their belongings, have a private restroom, and a TV in each space. The kitchen was well stocked with amenities so we could cook and clean, and the backyard was spacious for a relaxing night in. We thoroughly enjoyed and didn't want to leave! I will certainly recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in a home away from home on their next Kissimmee/Orlando visit.
I’ve stayed at Margaritaville Resort a few times. This house was very nice. Beautifully decorated and clean. I like the location of the resort. The only negatives are : 1. Pool doesn’t get much sun. This may be a good thing if you don’t want much sun. It’s not the homeowner’s fault, it’s the building design. 2. You will be booking via a third party management company and they will communicate with you via email. I am personally not used to communicating with a property outside of the Airbnb platform, so just be aware. 3. I was slightly put off by the “throw all food away policy”. The property manager says it’s because of bugs, but things like salt and pepper, coffee, extra garbage bags, extra dishwasher detergent, etc do not draw bugs. I found that to be a little wasteful and I had a lot of extra things after my trip that the next person could use. Also, they could provide washcloths. I didn’t really get their stance on something that simple. The property is absolutely beautiful
Unit looks just as pictured. Check in smooth and unit was very clean. The complex was quiet and wifi in the unit was reliable.
