This beautifully decorated and comfortable home in Iowa City was the perfect spot to visit our daughter with our golden retriever. The neighborhood was quiet, friendly, and convenient to the Iowa campus and we can only imagine how much fun it must be on game day weekends! Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful, and she has the house stocked with everything you might need plus more! Such a lovely home! We will definitely stay again when we visit!!

We regularly use AirBnB and this was a last-minute grab, so we did not expect much, but we were met with an A+++ service level, even the neighbors from the two houses on the sides were friendly to us and our dog - we felt at home! The place is so cozy and the street is so silent, that I slept like a baby each night and well into the mornings - a very rare quality!

Chris' cottage is cozy and very comfortable. Tastefully furnished with very comfortable beds. It was immaculate. Her communication with us was excellent. Very nice walkable neighborhood close to the stadium. We especially appreciated that dogs were welcome. That sealed the deal for us! Highly recommend this cottage.

This was the most darling Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was well thought out from the modern and cozy decor with subtle hints of Hawkeye colors to the amazing amenities - comfy beds, soft towels, jewelry holders, tailgating gear, and more. The hosts really put a lot of thought into what their guests would need and at every turn, we were pleasantly surprised with the details - like labels for light switches, a fully stocked kitchen (we appreciated there was an extra bag of ice for example), and extra charger boxes and cords around the house. The hosts provided a house manual and directions for all the appliances were in the house. They also checked in and were fast to respond with questions. Top notch all around! We hope to be “repeat” guests as we have a college freshman who plans on being there for grad school. Thank you, Chris, for everything.

What an amazing place and experience!! From the start, Chris was very responsive and answered any questions we had and treated us professionally!! The house is very nice and updated, it has everything you would need including a great game day experience having everything you need for tailgating, which was a huge plus!!! And to top it off the location cannot be beat if your going for a football game, including very nice and welcoming neighbors!
