Our hosts, Hauke and Ana were extremely nice and helpful. They provided tons of useful info, from the directions to the apartment, to recommended restaurants and places to visit. They arranged a pick up from the airport, which was great. They were always available for contacting them (Ana was the main communicator). The apartment is in an old building with a nice typical Valetta balcony but at the same time has a modern, well equipped kitchen and nice and clean bathroom. The only minor problem is the you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to the high second floor, but it is an old building and we’ve expected this. Thank you, Ana and Hauke!

Highly recommend. Excellent location. Lovely serene interior. Tasteful and user-friendly decor. The hosts offered just the right amount of assistance and attention. We loved it. The narrow bathroom may pose a challenge to people with mobility issues, but was not a problem for us. What I loved most about this place: the little enclosed Maltese balcony, the gorgeous tiled floors, the exposed beams overhead, the perfect mix of the modern and the old.

Ich erhielt von der Gastgeberin viele Tipps und Empfehlungen für Valletta und Malta. Ana war sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen immer umgehend reagiert. Das Haus steht in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem und ist doch ruhig gelegen. Dies war die perfekte Unterkunft für meine Besuch in Valletta. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Valletta old city is a special place - very different from a normal holiday resort - and we enjoyed being in the middle of the community. Many thanks to Ana and Hauke for fixing transport and keeping in touch.
