Cookeville is the home of Tennessee tech University and has a thriving business community. They are many parks, Waterfalls in the area. Will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful- NO PETS ALLOWED. Mother- in-law style room/ suite.

House is located just of a few blocks from down town all good.
There are manny restaurants near by including the All good dinner, a perfect place for breakfast and lunch. Shopping district including Walmart just a half mile away.
