I asked if early check-in was a possibility as the house was unrented in the days prior to our arrival and was informed it would require extra cleaning fees to make it happen. Check in was 4 pm and our holiday party began at 3pm up the road. Our host told us we could enter at 3 without paying extra. We did not do this. It would have been nice to have been able to drop our bags and freshen hair and make-up before heading out. The water quality is an issue. Tap water is cloudy not clear. Would recommend you bring your own bottled water for your stay. We were all uncomfortable with the security cameras on the front and back of the house and with the comment that they are monitored to check on the number of occupants in the house. Be aware that the house is located on a busy noisy road. Other than these issues, the house was spacious for our party of 9 and aptly stocked.

Great place to stay ! Farrah was very responsive , Everything was so convenient and really clean . Next time I visit Chicago I’m definitely be checking this place .

The house was perfect for our family Thanksgiving and Farrah is a great host!!! The kitchens were well equipped and the house was very comfortable for our family. The yard is very large and the interior furnishings were in excellent condition. The house is located on a busy road but is set back with a long driveway that allows for "turn-around" so that it wasn't really an issue for us. We definitely will look to stay here again in the future!

Farrah is a great host! Kitchen areas were very well equipped. We had 6 people there and we were very comfortable. Our only concern was the well water had a foul odor if she gets that worked out I would give it almost four stars and easily recommend it for the price as long as you don’t mind the proximity to a busy road. I’ve rented three other Airbnb’s and when you apply the cost of this one to what you get I rank it as very fair!

Only problem was the well water it was smell like rotten eggs but the host fixed the problem asap and our stay was perfect
