Rutland Lodge was a great property and location for a family get together in Oakham. It is a beautiful victorian house, with spacious accommodation tastefully refurbished and decorated and very well equiped. Kevin was a generous and helpful host always resonding quickly to queries and requests. We would certainly stay in the property again.

We had a lovely stay! The house is beautiful and so spacious. The beds are very comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. We would definitely come back!

We chose Oakham as it was easily accessible for a meet up for a family birthday for everyone. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was great for a dinner out in the town and we drove for walks at Rutland Water and elsewhere together. The house is large and has plenty of socialising space downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs are all good sizes and very comfy beds. We took our dog with us and the space works well for a dog and they even left out a dog bed and bowl which was kind. Kevin was a very responsive and helpful host, thank you.
