Minturn - Incorporated in 1904, it was a booming railroad town in 1887 with the arrival of Denver & Rio Grande Railroad. Homesteads were created farming the land (lettuce was big), others mined silver, worked for the railroad and businesses and services were developed to serve the needs of the growing population. As the decades passed and times changed, Vail and then Beaver Creek ski resorts began development in the 1960’s and helped transform the Old West to the distinctive character, architecture and quality of life Minturn has today. Within 2 blocks of cabin front door, you can shop and dine to your hearts content. Yet both Vail and Beaver Creek are just an easy 8-12 minute drive away.

Park in front of cabin on street along driveway curb or on the front driveway depending on season. Two car maximum for cabin guests (per town rules for vacation rental license). Bus stops for local bus transportation within 1 block of cabin.
