The house is ideal for families with small children, having a playpen and games, as well as a garden to run in. The skylight in the living room creates light and warmth. It is well equipped, except no clothes dryer. Bathrooms were clean and modern.

Chris sorted a very late booking and accommodated us really well. House is amazing and so bright with the sky light in the lounge. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area

Great property! Lovely quiet location, only 5 minutes to Pleasure Wood Hills, 10 minutes to Lowestoft centre and 15 to Great Yarmouth. It was lovely and clean, well equipped and bigger then expected. My older boys loved to pool table and kicking a ball around the large garden. Would not hesitate to rebook! Thanks

Clean, bright, modern and spacious family home. We loved our stay here and it made for a great base from which to explore Suffolk. Great garden too, with lots of toys which our 2 year old daughter loved! We would definitely stay again.
