Beautiful, refurbished static mobile home in the countryside. This mobile home is located on the owners property which has the use of a decking area with outside dining. Also lower level with raised pond and water feature. Although the house is next door. It is fairly secluded. The mobile home has just recently been totally refurbished. The room sizes are typical of a mobile home, but feels light and airy with the colour scheme . There is plenty of room and seating space in the sitting area. There is also a single 3rd bedroom which can be used for storing cases while staying over. It is a great extra space to have. NO SMOKING IN MOBILE.

We are based approximately 3km from the local village of Oylegate. It has a church, which has a healing garden feature.
A grocery shop and post office. Which has a wide range of local produce.
A chipper / take away called PJ’s. Open 7 days a week.
2 pubs —The Slaney Inn and Mernagh’s pub.
1 fuel station just heading out of the village.
Enniscorthy town is 5 km away, which has boutiques, pharmacies,cafe’s. Lidl, Aldi, Dunnes stores. Range of restaurants/pubs that offer food.
There is also a railway station to get the train to Dublin or to Wexford town & Rosslare ferry port.
Hairdressers / Barbershops.
The River Slaney runs through the lower part of the town, where we have local fishing.
There is a promenade with a lovely walk.
The Castle is a great visitor attraction.
We are positioned close to the access of the motorway. Which heads to Dublin and the North.
There is a bus service from Oylegate village going in both directions.
The train station is in Enniscorthy town. Own transport is advisable.
