Should you prefer to obtain the passes upon arrival at The Villages, please note that there will be a processing time of 24-48 hours. Each rental allows for two individuals to apply for Rental ID cards (also known as Temporary Resident IDs). Additional guests must accompany the cardholder to any Regional Recreation Center. The cardholder will present their Rental ID Pass, and guests will be required to complete a form providing their address, birthdate, home address, and dates of stay. There is no charge for Guest ID Cards. Once obtained, these passes grant access to all activities within The Villages. Please note that while access to the 18-hole Championship golf courses incurs a fee per round, the numerous 9-hole Executive courses require a small trail fee ranging from $4 to $8. Duration of Temporary Residents and Guest IDs Temporary Residents IDs issued for rental properties at The Villages do not have a specified expiration date; they remain valid for the duration of your stay at the rental property. Private Pools In addition to the extensive range of free pools available in The Villages, including Adult, Family, and Sports pools, there are a select few private Country Club Pools that require an additional fee for access. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. We offer a warm embrace for up to two dogs weighing under 50 pounds each, with a non-refundable fee of $100 each. Please be informed that due to homeowners insurance regulations, we regretfully cannot accommodate Pitbull dogs. To ensure a seamless stay, kindly notify Love Rentals in advance, as failure to do so may incur a minimum charge of $500, potentially up to $1,000. Dog owners are kindly reminded to accept full responsibility for their pets, ensuring they have no history of aggression or biting.
