1. Home originally booked was disabled and we were moved to a smaller further away home from our venue and was never refunded the difference. 2. Door code was wrong. This was quickly corrected after calling the rental company. 3. Floors were sticky. Glass shavings were on kitchen floor. Carpets were stained and filthy. 4. Pool heater pump was broken. Pool was freezing cold and water was green. Pool needed to be skimmed. Once they finally sent out a pool repair person which took several calls, it took 4 days to heat the hot tub for use. 5. Toilet seats were broken in several bathrooms. Faucets would come off. One upstairs bathroom faucet had no hot water. Upstairs shower did not drain Correctly. 6. Kitchen table had a loose leg. 7. Game room was in the garage in which was filthy. Pool table was broken. Balls repeatedly would get stuck. 8. Coffee pot took about an hour to make coffee. 9. I did send an email with complaints and was told to please not feel misled as I was given pictures of this other home. We chose this one over the two choices because of the hot tub and the game room. Both broken and disappointing. After I complained I was told they would refund me for the pool heater but then they would turn it off. However, I was originally told I would not be charged for that in the first place as this wasn’t even the home we originally paid for. I have not been refunded a dime as of yet. 10. I am weary that this switch was done correctly. I cannot see why this listing has been disabled and my new booking does not show. From where I stand it looks like someone is trying to get away with something. Pay for a larger home and be switched to a smaller behind the scenes. Seems very sneaky and unprofessional. To be honest I would be hesitant to use Airbnb in the future based on this transaction.
