Please note: To enjoy the array of amenities offered at The Villages, guests must carry an ID Card. This card grants access to facilities such as swimming pools, golf courses, pickleball courts, and various recreational activities and classes. As your host, we can streamline the process by preparing passes in advance for convenient pickup at The Villages Sales Office nearest to your rental home. There is a nominal fee of $50 per couple, payable directly to The Villages via check or cash upon collection of the cards. To expedite the issuance of your passes, you must provide your full name, phone number, email, and address. Should you prefer to obtain the passes upon arrival at The Villages, please note that there will be a processing time of 24-48 hours. Each rental allows for two individuals to apply for Rental ID cards (also known as Temporary Resident IDs). Additional guests must accompany the cardholder to any Regional Recreation Center. The cardholder will present their Rental ID Pass, and guests will be required to complete a form providing their address, birthdate, home address, and dates of stay. There is no charge for Guest ID Cards. Once obtained, these passes grant access to all activities within The Villages.
