Nestled within the serene beauty of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, this exquisite poolside villa offers the ultimate coastal retreat. Just steps away from the sandy shores and the soothing sounds of the Atlantic Ocean, this villa provides a perfect blend of luxury, fun, and relaxation. Enjoy the ocean view from our balcony or explore the island with so much to do within just a short walk or a quick bike ride away. Our bikes are free for you to enjoy during your stay! Our charming oceanside villa is located on South Forest Beach Drive, the center of where it's at on Hilton Head Island. Sea Side villas are on the beach and just about a 10 minute walk from Coligny Plaza and all the shopping, fun, and restaurants a plenty! We have our own beach access walkway and a sun deck just for the Sea Side guests to enjoy. A pool is just outside the front door to cool down after a long day in the salt water or hitting golf balls on one of the nation's best courses. Among the other amenities, there is covered parking, an elevator, and a charcoal grilling area. Best of all, this is a family friendly, gated condominium community with secure access. Our ocean villa is ideal for a couple's vacation, but if you want to bring the kids, our sofa is a queen size sleeper in the living room with a giant 50" TV in front of it. Free, super fast WiFi internet access through Charter Spectrum. Premium Cable and streaming app TV on LCD flat screens, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Netflix, Hulu, HBO MAX, ESPN, etc. streaming is all available. NOTE - (BYO Passwords). We have 2 adult beach cruiser bikes on site, FREE for you to use during your stay. Very lovely, little condo! Super clean and well equipped with necessities. Comfy king size bed. Location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach or up to the Coligny area for dining and shopping. Steve is super with communication and very helpful. You simply can’t go wrong with this rental!
My husband and i stayed at Steven’s airbnb for a few days and felt very comfortable. It was clean and easy. Steven was very easy to communicate with and allowed us early check in and a bit late check out. His recommendations were excellent and his unit is walkable to fun restaurants,shops,bars,and the beach. I would stay here again!!!
Good spot
Steven’s place was amazing. Conveniently located to the beach and coligny plaza which was only a 8 minute walk to fun restaurants and nightlife. We loved the 3 minute walk to the beach as well and would definitely stay here again!
Great place to stay on Hilton Head with very easy access to the beach. The pool area looked very clean and well maintained, though we didn't use it much. The top floor unit has a few stairs to climb and an elevator for those less inclined. The studio unit was clean, has a well equipped kitchen, nice living space and a very comfortable king bed (extra big for those of us from the UK!). It was ideal for my wife and I and we would happily stay again (though I think it would feel cramped if four stayed using the sofa bed). As host Steven was quick to respond to the few questions I hah. All instructions provided were very clear and easy to follow. For me, it gave me easy access to the numerous golf courses on the island. Great find!

Sea Side Villas is within a short walk or bike ride to the Coligny area of Hilton Head Island.
Coligny is a vibrant neighborhood, known for its pristine beaches. With a relaxed coastal atmosphere, Coligny embodies the island's laid-back charm, welcoming all to enjoy its sun-soaked shores and abundant amenities.
The Hilton Head Airport (HHH) is accessible with flights from 3 major air carriers - American Airlines, Delta and United, each flying the ERJ175 aircraft.
There are many bicycle paths on the island and we have FREE bikes for you to use during your stay. There is also a free shuttle service that you can get around the Coligny area with (Palmetto Breeze).
We have 2 bicycles available for your use for free while you are a guest at our condo. If you need more than 2 bikes, there are many bike rental companies on the island who will deliver them to you.
If you plan to use our bikes, we will need for you to agree to the usage terms prior to getting the lock code. The terms should have been sent to you in our rental agreement. If you did not see it, you can request a copy by email or text.
Uber, Lyft and taxis and rental cars are available.
