We were very happy with the location of this unit. One flight of stairs up and quiet location. It was so nice to be able to be in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a long day! Short walk to bus or metro stations. Pharmacie at the corner. Lovely wine bar across the street. A boulagerie and small grocery store a half block away. Unit was clean and spacious compared to a hotel room. I couldn't get the washing machine to work and sent a message - response was very quick! It helped so much to be able to do a load of laundry half way through our trip!

This fantastic gem of an apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood near the national assembly. There's a pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, and produce store within a 5 minute walk (the pharmacy has 1 euro bottles of water). The apartment was clean, private, and the hot water was excellent. There was also an espresso machine and plenty of pods provided, along with a few other snacks that we were thankful to have. However, the highlight was the hospitality and helpfulness of our hosts. We arrived in Paris earlier than our check in time and were allowed to drop off our luggage in order to head back out and utilize the afternoon to visit Versailles. Later that evening, due to unfamiliarity with the type of washer/dryer unit, we required some assistance with its use and reached out to our host, and we received an immediate response. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I give this apartment and its hosts my highest recommendation.

In my search for accommodation, I based my decision on the reviews given. I'm pleased to say that this property matched the positive comments written by guests. The apartment had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the place very clean. The owners communicated well and the instructions to gain entry were clear. It is in a great area, within walking distance to many attractions and our group of four females felt safe out and about at night. I would definitely choose this place again!

We stayed 4 nights as a family, the location is perfect, close to bus station and metro and RER (C).... Neighborhood is quite nice and the apartment was clean and easy to use. Apartment complex is a little bit old but in that neighborhood it is almost impossible to find a new complex. The windows are looking to the center of the complex therefore it is almost impossible to keep the windows open. We did not need any apartment view because almost all the time we strolled around Paris but for those who would like to see a city view, there is none. David et Warren made a very clear introduction earlier therefore getting into the house was quite easy. Also their response was quite fast. We are thankful for the coffee as well :) Briefly we do suggest to stay at this neighborhood and this apartment especially if it is your first time with Paris.

Our family of four (2 adults, 2 children under 6) had a lovely stay in Paris. Communication was excellent - we loved the coded check in (esp since our flight was late) and appreciated the step by step instructions w/ photos. Walkable area and we also used the metro/buses for transport. Space was just fine for our family- we spent much of our time exploring the city and not in the apt! The sofa bed was comfortable. Communication was excellent when we had a question come up. Would recommend!
