We were in the area for an event held at Rivercity sportsplex. Easy 15-20 min drive on rural roads. The condominium complex is nice and well maintained. Inside, the appliances worked well and the beds were very comfortable. The furniture was comfortable, wishing there was more seating in the living room. Maybe a chair or loveseat to accommodate 4 people +. There was towels and facecloths, as well as soap and shampoos. We were well equipped for coffee in the morning with a cute and full coffee bar. If you enjoy walking or running for exercise, it is a great area to do so. Plenty of sidewalks and nice people that we would run into. Just about 2.5-3 miles down the road is a Publix grocery store, CVS and Aldi. Gas stations are plentiful as well. One smoothie bowl place near Publix was awesome, The San-dollar beach restaurant. Within 10 min, a vast amount of restaurants and stores for shopping. If you haven’t checked out a restaurant by the name of CHARRED, do so. We’ll come again
Toya was interactive and sweet. Her property is simply but beautifully decorated. I was pleasantly surprised by the little treats left in the home for us! The neighborhood as a whole is very nice and very quiet but child friendly. There was even a playground located right on property. Trash is picked up right from outside the front door, which is very convenient. 10/10, I would definitely recommend!
Walked in and you could smell it was freshly cleaned (but not a slap in the face bleach clean). Having a baby with us this was very important. Had all necessities you would need. Would recommend.
Toya is a phenomenal host. Not only did the property look just like the pictures - amazing - Toya made the check in process very easy. She was very responsive and stayed in close contact throughout our stay. We will definitely be back again. Thanks for a great experience.
The apartment was very clean and nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Even though we didn’t have time to use it, the pool was huge. The aquatic center that was pictured in the listing was not available to us. That was a little disappointing, since it was a big reason I had chosen this listing.
