Adorable little house! Stayed during a volleyball tournament at the convention center. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes and easy drive. Neighborhood is older with many homes being renovated. We felt safe and had zero problems. We would stay again!

The house was perfect for our brief visit to Knoxville. Everything was very clean, and the hosts were responsive and thorough in their information regarding checkin etc. I especially appreciated how simple checkout was!

Alexa and Emily were very easy to work with and their home is very cute. Definitely beats staying at a hotel. The location is great, quick drive downtown and to the University. I would stay here again!

This was a very cute cottage. It was neat, tidy and easy to navigate in the home. Hosts were very accommodating ! Overall 7.5/10 see why below. It could be the season now but there was tiny problem with earwigs & ants on kitchen counter & bathrooom. Location for us: needed to be closer to the University of Tennesse & downtown Knoxville. Had to Uber everywhere. No fault of theirs, just wish we had known we needed something a little closer. There were 2 items that needed to be addressed: first was the entry and exit instructions. It was unclear and waited about 5-10 until we figured it out by ourselves. We had messaged the hosts- but didn’t hear back for about 30-45 min but finally we managed to open and close the digital lock. The second item is the entrance Door. It really needs a new door & door frame. There was an 1-1.5inch gap from the door jam- uneven. I can see how little critters can get in. Not a huge deal but I was a little concerned. But overall good 👍🏼 experience.
