Der Aufenthalt bei Stefano war überragend. Die Wohnung ist groß, modern und echt gemütlich. Die Terasse hatte einen herrlichen Blick. Die Anlage besaß einen Pool und wir hatten Zugang zum Clubhaus, wo ein Indoor Schwimmbad und ein Fitness Studio war. Dort habe ich auch sehr nette Menschen kennengelernt. Kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich auf einem Berg in dem Areal Palo Alto mit über 200 Einzelkomplexen. Schön und großzügig gestaltet bietet die Wohnung ganztägig Sonne (Hauptbalkon bis 1445, Dachterrasse bis 1730 im November). Herrlich für Sonnenanbeter! WICHTIG: Ganztägiger Baulärm! In direkter Sicht-/Hörweite der Wohnung befinden sich DREI aktive Baustellen. a) Direkt nebenan mit Abschluss erst Ende 2025 b) Ein tiefer gelegener Baubereich mit Abschluss 2027 c) Schräg hinter dem eigenen Hauskomplex - fast fertig Wer Ruhe sucht, sollte sich bis zum Abschluss der Bauphasen anderweitig umschauen. Genau diese fehlende Transparenz & Offenlegung zur Bausituation im Inserat kritisiere ich deutlich. Allein schon aus Fairnessgründen sollte jeder Gast für sich selbst entscheiden, ob er die Situation so eingehen möchte. Die Organisation, Buchung und Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ansonsten super. Man fühlte sich jederzeit gut betreut! Herzlichen Dank dafür!
