A seafront home with direct access onto East Wittering beach and a heated swimming pool in summer. Enjoy all the local facilities in The Witterings and Chichester - water sports, the theatre, Goodwood racing and motor sports...or simply relax and explore. All bedrooms have their own bathroom - luxury bedding and towels are provided. There is a study for working from home and super fast broadband. There are excellent restaurants/cafes a short walk away for breakfasts. This cosy twin has its own little emsuite room with a wash basin - and a large separate family bathroom on the floor below with a large shower, bidet, bathtub and loo. No other rooms share this bathroom. Access to the sun deck is on the landing below through French windows.

All good had a fantastic time just wish I could have stayed longer as it is a wonderful piece of coast line as well so hope to return sometime with my family.

so good i dont really want to write a review - piece of heaven in the witterings - miranda and martin could not be more welcoming - lovely comfortable home with everything you could want for a chill at the beach - great breakfast and fantastic location - just hope i can get a room next time i want to go down............

Great trip to East Wittering - the house is absolutely beautiful and the rooms are all as described. Miranda and Martin are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. They also do an amazing breakfast in the mornings which was perfect. The location of the house really is as close to the beach as the photos show - its right out the of the back gate and there are miles of beach left and right. We will definitely be returning for another visit if we can fit one in.

The Witterings are known as one of the most famous beaches within easy reach of London.This is a watersports paradise - but most often our guests love the beach walks to West Wittering and East Head, or to Bracklesham and beyond. There are many restaurants within walking distance serving excellent breakfasts. Goodwood is only 25 minutes drive from here, and Chichester is a beautiful cathedral city. Chichester harbour provides lovely walks to pubs and restaurants.

Easy access to Chichester. East Wittering village is a short walk along the beach and there are many little shops and cafes there, and a pub.
There are buses to and from Chichester every 15 minutes which also go to West Wittering.
