Chalet 186 has internet, a washing machine and a dishwasher! Generous ferry discounts available! We are delighted to offer this refurbished holiday chalet, following extensive renovations. Modern yet homely, you will be enjoying an essentially new building. Featuring fast internet and brand new furniture and appliances, this property includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. An ideal location; 10 minutes walk away from Sandown’s dog-friendly beaches as well as restaurants and bars. Fully equipped modern kitchen with brand new appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, cooker with electric hob and oven, microwave and toaster. Full set of pans, cooking implements, crockery and cutlery included. Main bedroom has a full sized double bed, two chests of drawers and a wardrobe rail. In bedroom two there are two bunk beds and a shelf unit. The pleasant living area contains two, two-seater settees, one of which is a sofa bed as well as a foldable dining table with four chairs and an internet TV.

Ruth’s chalet was as described. The selection of biscuits left was a nice welcome. We personally found the bed a little bit hard. Great access to the beach, we even managed to use our pram on the path down the the beach. Lovely quiet surroundings, we often spotted rabbits on the grounds.

Such a wonderful a Chalet to stay in. Ruth has done such an amazing job with the space. Everything worked, and so easy to manage everything. Amazing amenities and really well furnished. Warm and cosy, and such a relaxing place to stay in

our stay here waa great! The location is perfect for access to sandown and to the buses going to Newport and ryde. The area is also just stunning! Milk, sugar, tea, coffee and a little bowl of snacks were present on arrival. the challet is comfortable and the right size for a small family. wouls highly recommend !

A nice little chalet for a small family, we loved our three nights. Close to beach and beautiful surroundings. Only negative was roads inside the Sandown bay holiday was not very good, full of potholes and bumps.

Yaverland is a charming seaside location with lovely sandy beaches and countryside walks over the Downs. It is situated next to the larger seaside town of Sandown, where you will find many restaurants, bars and cafes. For the children, the Dinosaur Museum and the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary are both close by as well as a trampoline park and, of course, Sandown Pier.
Further afield, the adventure parks, Black Gang Chine and Robin Hill offer fun days out for the whole family. You might also visit the picturesque thatched villages of Godshill and Calbourne and the Victorian seaside town of Ryde boasts an ice rink and a bowling alley.
