Apartment was in good location, shop and beach was wihtin walking distance. Unfortunately for us, the whole week was very windy, so w didn´t used beach for sunbathing or swimming. Complex swimming pool was nice and clean. The apartment is stylish and logically furnished. Unfortunately, however, the apartment shows signs of aging: there were problems with the front door lock in the apartment, the lock was malfunctioning; the lamp above the bathroom mirror didn´t work etc. Also the apartment was not cleaned in the most proper way. There was someone's dark hair on the towels and bedding. There were stains on the walls, the area around the trash can smelled (even though we took out the garbage every day) and there was dust in the corners. The wooden cutting boards smelled of fish. The bathroom, however, was surprisingly clean.All the video instructions sent were in Spanish, so I couldn't understand them 100%. On the first day, it was difficult to find an exit from the underground parking.

Apartment is nice and spacious. Area is great and felt safe. Although we were staying there for 16 days we had to ask for extra towels and bed sheets. We came in the middle of the night and didnt know where the entrence of the garage was (it wasnt mentioned specifically and there is area with a lot of garages). Child chair that we ordered before our arrival came with 2 days delay. There wasnt any instructions fot the pool - it is locked and our neighbors gave us info for the access because host just said that the pool is available. In the upper apartment there was a really noisy family, with a toddler that was loud and active to the midnight at least. Otherwise everything was okay. We would like to stay in that area again, but we would consider choosing a different appartment.

Ik zocht een rustige omgeving en een fijn ruim huisje om in tot rust te komen. Dat heb ik mogen ervaren. Het appartementencomplex is mooi schoon overal en rustig, al is het geluid dat je van omwonenden hoort, wel afhankelijk van wat geluk natuurlijk, en dat had ik. Het bed had een fijn zacht matras en alles was schoon. Het zwembad is lekker groot. En superfijn dat je lopend naar het rustige La Tejita strand loopt in 8 minuten, met hoge golven en mooie sunset.

Pros: Super close to La Tejita beach. Swimming pool in the complex that was mostly empty. Smooth check-in. Cons: Accommodation was very barebones - we got a 2 small towels for the entire two weeks. There was no kettle in the kitchen, you had to buy your own washing machine / dishwasher detergents, toilet paper, etc. Internet was usable, but very slow. Power outlets are placed in very weird spots - not the friendliest place to work from. Neighbours upstairs have kids that make ruckus and stomp loudly well until midnight. Outdoor sofa was broken before we checked in and was not fixed even when we left. Parking garage entrance / key lock is badly placed - next to a wall. Only one set of keys provided. One bedroom is inside the flat without any windows / circulation and sleeping there with closed doors is just bad. Very unpleasant communication while resolving a situation when we got locked out of the flat and could not get in (threatening us to pay, if it turns out not a problem).

Wirklich sehr gemütliche Wohnung. Es hat beim eintreten sehr gut gerochen und es war alles sauber. Der Check in lief reibungslos und der Kontakt mit Monica war perfekt! Etwas unzufrieden waren wir mit den Nachbarn in der Wohnung über uns, welche bis spät abends laut waren. Der restliche Teil der Wohnanlage ist sehr ruhig.
