No pets allowed. The house is 2 floors, designed as a Maisonette style home, Brand New Summer of 2023. LOUNGE AREA: comfy sofa, coffee table, décor and TV, which opens on to a lovely balcony with furniture to enjoy the breath taking views. KITCHEN: fully equipped including full cooker, electric rings, microwave, toaster, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, iron and washing machine. The kitchen opens on to a balcony with furniture to enjoy the beautiful views, relax and enjoy a glass of wine, or a perfectly chilled beer. DINING: Lovely dining table with 6 chairs to relax and enjoy your meals. BEDROOMS: 3 double bedded rooms one with King size and 2 Queen Size Beds , each with make up mirror bedside tables, dressing table and balcony with furniture. Clean bedding, towels are available on arrival. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. *** The third bedroom is upstairs, with Queen size bed, in an open plan bedroom maisonette style. BATHROOM: modern decoration with a shower, hairdryer, and make up mirror. Sunshine Home 4 also has an iron, ironing board, Vacuum cleaner and onsite parking. We can accommodate up to 6 persons maximum.

Angela is an excellent host! We felt at home in her apartment. The house looks exactly like in the pictures, it was clean and tidy, there is WI-FI, and the area is relatively easily accessible, the bus stops are about 5 minutes away, and shops like Lidl are 10 minutes away, the nearest restaurants are 15 minutes away . All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, the internal temperature was excellent. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils. The house has 3 rooms and a generous living room, 2 of the rooms have large beds, and one located upstairs has a smaller bed ideal for children. In the house we found a washing machine, iron, microwave oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker and hair dryer which were very helpful. Angela is very kind, she answered all our questions, gave us recommendations for restaurants (which were excellent) and places to visit, helped us find a rental car, is very responsive and he can easily communicate with her in English. Angela’s place was beautiful. The apartment was beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was well air conditioned. The balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean. Angela was kind and very helpful. She gave wonderful suggestions regarding dining and beaches to visit. I would definitely stay in the apartment again.
This property was amazing. Brand new, beautiful view, super clean, bedding was clean, overall everything was spotless. Great location as it is close to Kerkyra town, but away from the noise. Angela was one of the best hosts we have ever had, she’s super responsive, helpful and kind. Definitely recommend this place. We will be back.
