Cathy’s place is in an amazing area close to great restaurants and beaches. Cathy’s house had all the amenities needed for the stay. Cathy was a good host. There are a few things I would like to point out that we did not realize prior to booking that may be fine for some but others would like to know. 1. Where you stay is labeled as a guesthouse but it is attached to the main house directly. In the pictures it appears to be separated by a door but it is now a curtain with the door area blocked over. You can hear the people in the next room and smell everything they cook. The room is also not set up exactly like the pictures anymore. 2. The bed is very noisy just with repositioning at night 3. The outside area was nice to sit in at night but with some downfalls. The neighbors dog barks a lot and someone nearby sits outside and smokes and you can smell it I saw other reviews where people left feedback and got not the nicest reply back. Again not criticizing just making things know

Wonderful place to stay. Cathy did a great job setting up the apartment. Lots of amenities to use. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Would stay again.

My fiancé and I had a wonderful time staying at Cathy’s! We got there late on the first day, thank you I-95, and she had turned on the outside lights for us and provided an excellent late night dinner suggestion. The neighborhood is wonderful and safe; very family friendly! We had our dog with us and I felt safe walking him around day and night. We will definitely stay there again!

Cathy’s place was absolutely amazing!! Very clean and cozy. Cathy was a great host with helpful tips and her guidebook to restaurants and things to do was very helpful since we weren’t familiar with the area. We would definitely stay at Cathy’s again!! 😊
